Order processing and shipping policy
OnlineKodak highlights the shipping quality of its visitor’s order. Mainly for this reason we have developed a special format that will help the user to get his/her order in a short time. The below mentioned provisions present our shipping policy.
- The photo (photos) transmitted to us by the user is delivered to the address indicated by the user through "HayPost" by postal courier.
- "HayPost" postal courier implements the shipping through the address mailing service.
- The order is shipped to the user via the OnlineKodak logo, envelope and a special stamp attached to the envelope by "HyePost".
- Service charge is included in the total value of the ordered service (the service is paid once by the user's preferred payment method).
- No charge to "HayPost" postal currier is given for delivery.
Shipping period/ duration
- Delivery of the ordered product is done both on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
- If the order has been registered and confirmed before 1400 then the shipping will be done within the next working day. If the order has been registered and confirmed after 14:00 then the shipping will be done within the next two working days.
Order processing policy
- Using the OnlineKodak service means that you agree and accept the terms of order processing.
- If you need to make a change after ordering, you should contact OnlineKodak within 25 minutes of payment, by calling 041 80 00 14 or sending a message to email@example.com e-mail address.
- The buyer has the right to refuse, return, or make changes within 20 minutes of payment.
